Furthermore, we can conclude that it contains sodium and sugar, but no protein or fiber. And he source of sugar is actually labeled as ‘natural flavor’.
If we do a simple mathematics, while 1 tablespoon is 7% of your daily sugar value, and each ketchup tablespoon you eat will raise the daily intake of sodium by 7%… 7-14-21-28. This means that you easily intake a great amount of the daily sodium value with just one ingredient, despite all that comes with the food you combine it with.
